Tweeds makes no pretensions; it's a pub, complete with keno screens, TV , and a big sign where news updates and promos continually flash in bright red letters. Appetizers include pub standards: nachos, potato skins, onion rings, mozzarella sticks. The potato skins are hefty, with lots of cheese and bacon. The entrees reflect its pub identity: steak, chicken. seafood, burgers. There is also an assortment of "designer sandwiches," including the popular chicken and salad roll-up. Vegetarians can choose vegetable fajitas, garden vegetable quesadilla, rotini pasta, and vegetable stir fry. Clam chowder is your best bet of the soups, and fish and chips the most successful of all our entrees.
